Due to weather-related travel issues, our teams have been delayed in getting to Barrow. Flights were unable to depart due to weather in Nome, and Barrow has now experienced conditions that prevented travel today.
The current plan is to fly tomorrow morning and begin wrestling once all teams arrive.
We will continue to provide updates as more information becomes available.

This Friday & Saturday, December 5–6, we’re hosting a Basketball Clinic in the UNK gym for Elementary (grades 3–5) and Middle School (grades 6–8) students. Sessions will include skill work, games, and built-in meal times—families, watch for the flyer for detailed times.

We are excited to share that Kevin Busk from BSSD will be visiting Unalakleet School on November 24, 25, and 26 to support students and community members in earning their Driver’s Education Permit.

📅 Dates: Monday, Nov. 24 & Tuesday, Nov. 25
(Study resources available for all three days)
Students will have the chance to take the DMV Permit Test, and study materials are provided to help everyone prepare confidently. The flyer includes QR codes for practice tests, the DMV manual, testing tips, and next-step programs (NACTEC & Kawerak).

• Permit tests may only be taken once per day
• Bring a form of ID
• Tests remain valid for 12 months
Encourage your student to study, prepare, and take advantage of this excellent opportunity!
